IT'S HOT. IT'S STINKIN' HOT. IT'S UNBELEIVABLY HOT. You can't spend any considerable time out doors unless there is water involved.



The drought in Texas continues and gets worse and worse. I pray for rain soon. The crop devastation is mind boggling. The cattle ranchers can't feed their stock, landscapes are dying, lakes are drying up. Nothing we can do, but pray for rain, alot of rain.

That included livestock and wheat, corn and sorghum crop losses from November through May 1." The Washington Post, July 27th. Until you drive around and see it, you simply cannot imagine. Total wasteland.
