HAPPY 4TH OF JULY

What a great weekend the Graham family had. Full of friends, sun and of course, water. Thursday, the 3rd, our friend Tripp Lethcoe was in town on leave from the Army. First time we had seen him since he left in April. Had fun giggling over his hair-cut and Jackson has always enjoyed his company.

On the actual 4th, we took the big boat out and did some wakeboarding and swimming on the beach. For those of you who have never been out - here are some pics of the beach.
Cory and Michelle
Jeannie, Matthew and Trevor
Matthew (our neighbor)
Jeannie, Matthew's girlfriend
Jackson wearing the hat Tony found while wakeboarding
After the day at the beach, we headed in for supper and down to Todd's dock to watch the fireworks over the water
On the 5th, we again took the big boat out and did some boarding and swimming. Jackson learned how to jump off the platform into the water. Went all the way under and comes up smiling. VERY CUTE!!, but makes me VERY nervous. After the big boat, we went in for lunch and a nap and then brought the dogs out to play in the Green Weenie. While I am he, many have heard me talk about our two boats - The Big Boat

And the Green Weenie (this is the boat we tote the dogs around in) It is also worth noting this picture is really worth double clicking to see the full affect
Jackson made some friends (all girls) playing on the beach
Jackson's footprint in the sand
Our friends, Heather and Terry
When time to go home, we took a trip around the beach (which is actually an island) on what we call the Jungle Tour.
We are having to use the trolling motor because the river is down about a foot and half and it was super shallow
And here is a little boy who is supposed to be asleep. Tony and I were sitting on the couch when his door opened and he started waving at us. Very funny, but you had to see it.
This is Tony's friend Sam and his wife Tammy at his high school reunion

I've been told not to worry unless he starting carrying a matching purse -

  1. I just can't decide which was funnier... the green weenie with the total white trash rig, aka umbrella in it (sorry Tony), or Jackson in his "heels." Holy crap that's funny!

P.S. Have you ever found out.... do camels carry Bud Light in their humps?

  2. Is that Tripp Lethcoe from LD Bell High School? If so, I am a long lost friend who would love to speak with him.
