Putting some things into perspective...

For those of you who have never held in your hand (myself included), this is what $10,000 looks like. Nice, tidy little bundle.
Now, this is what $1 Million looks like. Not very impressive huh! You could stick it in a grocery bag and walk around with it - pocket change to those CEO's who are driving our corporations into the ground. Think of the shopping - joy upon joy!



This is what $100 Million dollars looks like. Not so portable, but fits nicely on a standard pallet. Can you even imagine?



Now this my friends, is what 1 Billion dollars looks like. It is 10 skids. If we were calculating Oprah's wealth, she would have approximately 20 skids plus a skid or two (2.7 Billion). WOW!!

Even more frightening, Bernie Madoff obsconded with 350 skids of money (35 billion). Let me put even more clarity to this for you. A standard semi truck will hold approximately 24 skids FULL. 'Ol Bernie had to back up 15 semi trucks to his back door and drive away while NO ONE NOTICED!!! They still can't find this money. And his wife is sad she has to give up the silverware. BOO HOO!!

Let this be a lesson to his investors. "If it's too good to be true - it usually is", "Don't put all your eggs in one basket"

Don't even get me started on GM and Chrysler, how many skids have they received?
Now, brace yourselves - this is what 1 Trillion dollars looks like. This is how much our Government is wanting to spend. Notice the skids are double stacked. Look at the size of the little dude. How can you even have a serious conversation about this much money?
