Ok, I was minding my own business last nite, eating a wonderful meal of grilled chicken, mashed sweet potatoes (a Jackson favorite) and some chicken stuffing, when all of sudden I flash back to elementary school lunch room trying to figure out how the heck they could ruin those silly little card board pizzas they used to feed us all the time.

Wondering what caused the flashback? This AWFUL seasoning, Fennel

I had prepared our chicken with this seasoning from Central Market and did not realize it had Fennel in it. I remember as a kid spending most of lunch trying to rid my pizza of this awful little spice and did the same last night to my chicken. It was horrific (ok, maybe that's a little dramatic, but it's really bad) To give you a visual of my reaction:


Anyway, I am probably the only one who noticed as my boys ate all their dinner, but mom threw hers in the trash along with the seasoning.
